When selling goods and operating our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

A. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form
If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will process your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the contact form. These are personal data in the following scope: name, surname, email address, billing address, telephone number, postal address.
For what reason? Based on the submitted personal data, we will subsequently contact you regarding our offer of goods.
On what legal basis? This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or implementation of measures before the contract is concluded at your request.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data? If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication. We store your personal data to the extent permitted by applicable generally binding legal regulations. In exceptional cases, if circumstances require it, the retention period of personal data may be extended for reasons of application, demonstration, defense, and/or exercise of the rights, claims, and legitimate interests of the data subject or ours, or the conduct of our internal investigation. The length of such a retention period is primarily conditioned by the duration of obligations related, for example, to the warranty we provide on our goods, as well as the necessity of storing this personal data in case of the need to demonstrate, apply, or defend legal claims.
B. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the personal data we need from you to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the provision of our goods or services. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, email address, telephone number.
For what reason? We need to process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the contract – delivery of goods. Using contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and others).
On what legal basis do we process personal data? This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data? During the delivery of goods and then for 10 years from the last delivery of goods.
C. Newsletter (Commercial Communication)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not explicitly refused to receive marketing communications, we will use your email address to send our marketing communications.
On what legal basis? This is processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests, which are marketing communications targeted at our customers.
How long will we process personal data? 10 years from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time via email or contact us at email: stonoha2017@gmail.com
II. Who Will Have Access to the Data?
Your personal data will remain with us. We process personal data only within the European Union.
III. What Else You Should Know
We do not have a data protection officer in our company.
There is no decision-making based on automatic processing or profiling in our company.

The GDPR Regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information on what personal data we process, request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction of processing. You can request a copy of the processed personal data, require us to delete personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to their portability. It is possible to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
